We specialize in embroidery digitizing, design and application. However, we do offer screen printing and heat press application. Minimum orders may apply, please contact us for more information.

No, there’s no minimum order for embroidery, but there is a small $50 set up fee for all orders under $250.

Not on the first left chest size logo. Each item listed comes with one left chest size embroidered logo placement. Additional fees will apply for larger than left chest or for more than one embroidered logo on an item. Please consider whether or not your logo colors will look good on the item colors you choose. A small fee may apply for color changes with the same logo on different items.    Please call or contact us for more information.

You can upload your logo at any time by selecting the upload your logo page under the services tab in the top menu or simply email it to us at sales@sewsuite.com. If you’re an existing customer and we’ve sewn out your logo before, simply select “logo on file” from the menu when ordering. On new or existing logos we will send an approval before production to verify.

We will take just about any format, but if you have them, we prefer high-resolution JPEG, PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI or CDR images. We also except most embroidery file formats.

Yes, but we offer free set up for each order over $250.  This is for 1 logo set per order.  For multiple logos there will be an additional charge.  Please call or contact us for more information.

Yes, there will be an additional charge per item. The same minimum of $250 will apply to subsequent logos.

Excellent questions and the answer is MAYBE. For instance, the exact same design, which may look perfect on the shirt, may not sew out well on your hat. The good news is, that’s just what we’re here for. We have the best equipment and software. Our professionals can take your design, make the necessary changes to it and make it work on every item you order. After you checkout, if we have any questions, one of our professionals will contact you to discuss how your particular logo will look on the various items. In most cases it will be fine, but in some cases there may be an additional fee to change the logo to accommodate different items.

Personalization is an additional $7 per item. There is no setup fee. We do personalization in either a block or script font. We will require a typed written list of names for the items which require personalization.

No, after your logo is embellished on your item we take a picture and send it to you for proof. You then simply reply as approved or not approved with comments or suggestions.

We simplified our website to make it easier to shop and decide. If you are looking for something specific that you do not see on our website, contact us and we will use our procurement resources to acquire what you need.

Items can be returned if the garment/item is defective or the embellishment doesn’t match the approved proof. We will replace the item at no cost if we are notified within 20 days of shipping. Items with embellishments cannot be returned if they are not found to be defective. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. These items are custom made and we cannot simply remove the embellishment. Therefore we cannot accept exchanges. However, we will work with you, if possible, to figure out an acceptable solution.

Normal delivery is 10-15 days after proof approval.

At the time of purchase. However, the order is not final until after we receive your approval from the sewout.

If an order is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances before it is decorated & shipped, you will be refunded in full provided your logo has not been digitized & stitched out or issued a proof for approval. Restocking fee for items may apply.

In most cases, sales tax is not required or charged. The only time sales tax is required is if we are shipping to addresses in Texas (our home state).

Yes, if you are in need of samples before the purchase of your group order, please select samples from the menu when selecting style, size and color. Non-decorated or samples that have not been worn can be returned for a refund and no additional charges if the style is not chosen by your company or group. (Note: All sample orders exceeding $500.00 will incur a 15% restocking fee.)
